The “German from scratch” program is NOT just an app for learning the language on your phone. It is a comprehensive yet mobile course with teachers, based on the unique methodology of the school’s founder, Olga Kuntsevich.
The lessons of the course consist of audio materials with visualizations, video content, authentic recordings from real life, and original tasks and exercises. You listen, watch, and repeat after Olga (the course author and founder of the school) anytime and anywhere that is convenient for you.
Materials cover all aspects of the language (vocabulary, phonetics, grammar). Tasks to practise all the language skills and abilities (listening, reading, writing, and LOTS of speaking), with communication on any topic according to the language level.
In the course From Scratch, you ALSO learn to speak. Our participants start speaking from the very first day in the “German from Scratch” course.
Instead of being tied to a specific schedule — there’s a deadline. There are no classes like “Monday at 6:00 PM,” but there is a condition to complete the task, for example, by Monday.
Continuous feedback from teachers from Monday to Friday. Communication is organized in Telegram chats — voice messages, texting, video messages, and calls for practicing spontaneous speaking.
Researchers in the field of didactics have proven that concentrated daily learning for 15-20 minutes is more effective than 60-120 minutes lessons 1-2 times a week.
That’s why our “German Every Day” course is based on the principle of small steps – small steps, big changes.
The entire A1 course consists of 2 levels: A1.1 and A1.2.
Duration of each level: 10 weeks (2.5 months).
Duration of the entire A1 course: 20 weeks (5 months).
Many people ask us: “5 months – isn’t that too long for a beginner level?”
Level A1 is the foundation of your language house. Everything depends on the foundation, so it must be as strong as possible, with confident speaking skills and the ability to understand spoken language. That’s why our program lasts 20 weeks.
The course uses original materials developed by the founder of the school, educational resources from German publishers, authentic video content from native German speakers on social media, integrated Quizlet flashcards on the platform, and much more.
Upon completing the course, you will be able to understand native German speakers at a basic level, speak German confidently and without fear at the beginner level, and express your thoughts correctly at the A1 level.
If you have already studied German and completed the A1.1 level, but are unsure whether our A1.2 course is suitable for you, we recommend taking a level assessment test.
The “German Every Day” course is the most convenient and effective way to learn in the modern world.
